Some specifics of the Miranda Kerr workout routine:

She likes high-intensity cardio and circuit training, and normally spends about 90 minutes in the gym a day (about 360 minutes a week.) She always like sot start with a 15 minute jog/sprint session to keep her heart rate up and then transitions to jumping rope. She puts a lot of emphasis on her advanced jump roping –she does things such as double skips, knee tucks, one legged hops etc.

Most Popular Celebrity Miranda Kerr

Weightsand resistance
Miranda kerr’s workout routine also has weights andresistance. Weight training is actually important for burning fat because ithelps keep your metabolism up. It is generally good practice to only work onesection of your body per day so for example on a Monday she will work chest andback, Tuesday legs and biceps, but tries to avoid gaining bulk. The way toavoid gaining bulk is to do a large number of reps with low weight. It can keepyour heart rate accelerated, increase your metabolism, and firm your muscles.

Basic Rundown: MirandaKerr workout routine

  1. Job/sprint circuit train for 15 minutes. Try to sprint about ¼ of the time on and off. Set a timer to go off every 30 seconds and go at a pace you are comfortable with.
  2. 10 minutes of jump roping. Half regular, half advanced. Advanced will take time.
  3. 19~ minutes of treadmill climbs at 10-20 degrees. Sprint for 4 minutes, walk for 6 minutes, jog for 6 minutes, sprint for 4 minutes.

Most Popular Celebrity Miranda Kerr
There are several other specifics of her routine (asyou can imagine) but the list of three above is a good start for someone thatwants to just get moving right away. It is always best to get yourself on agood diet first (if you aren’t on one already) and make it a habit. Get used toeating healthy foods, and then gradually transition into an active lifestylefilled with exercise. The Miranda Kerr Workout Routine can be timeconsuming but for someone that is serious about seeing improvement, it is veryeffective.

Personallife of Carice(Anouk) van Houten:
She was in a relationship with actor SebastianKoch, her co-star in Black Book. The couple announced they wereseparating in August 2009.
Carice has stated that Hollywood makes herunhappy: "I have seen Hollywood, and although I have nothing against it,it's not my kind of life. My agent is shocked that I want to stay inEurope", she says. "If Hollywood offers me a great part, of courseI'll take it, but I just don't want to live there."

PersonalQuotes of Carice(Anouk) van Houten:
Idon't do method acting. If I play a farmer I'm not gonna spend 3 weeks on achicken farm. That's a bit too much for me. For Minoes (in which she played acat in a woman's body) I didn't spend 3 weeks in a cat pound.
InThe Netherlands you know who the good and the bad are if I have to say it soblack and white. You can orientate yourself better in your own country. Hereeverything is overwhelming. It is very difficult to know who to trust here.
Tome, that's not the most difficult thing. To transform. I don't really see ithappen. I don't have the feeling I am transforming, really. I don't believe youcan get into somebody's character but more that somebody comes in you. You justuse yourself. In everything I play, I feel like it is me. I just say differentthings on different times and look different.
Ifyou are not in America fast enough, it must have failed. When there is anotherthing like, maybe I don't want to go to America. I mean, it's not SO greatthere anyway...
Onwhat foreign press wants to know: I think they're all waiting for a crazy storyabout Paul (Verhoeven), that he exploded once or something, but I keep tellingthem he's a sweet man so I keep letting them down. And what it's like to benaked on a set. They all think that's very exciting. I just answer that inHolland, it's weird not to be naked on a set so we're all used to it.
[About her scenes beingcut from Body of Lies (2008)] It sounds much more pitiful than it is. To behonest, I was wondering several times on set what my character was actuallyadding to the story.
